Rooms didn't had any temp. Control facility as mentioned in amenities. Towels nd linen were all soiled up. Blankets were dirty. Electric kettle was not been washed for ages. Overall just not upto the mark.

As I already indicate in the check-in survey, we did not actually stay here; they had received no notice from Hotels.com and were not expecting us. They showed us around a bit and it was rather a grim place.

В отель не заселилась. После просмотра номера была в шоке. Холод. Темнота. Мебель жуть. Просила номер с кухней - ни ответа ни привета. В итоге никакой кухни не было. Уехала даже не заселившись.
