Payez 2 fois où quittez l'hôtel.
Lors de la réservation, hôtel.com a "procédé à une vérification" avec l'hôtel.
A l'arrivée la chambre en question n'était pas disponible.
L'hôtel nous a proposé une autre chambre et nous avons payé un supplément en plus…
