No staff present for check- in. Had to use iPad and still call for assistance.

L'emplacement près du lac est très agréable, par contre, l'hôtel est excentré du centre-ville. Il y a des bus, donc ce n'est pas trop un problème. La chambre était plus petite et plus modeste que ce à quoi nous nous…

Self-Check-in hat nicht funktioniert. Ich musste 200 m ins Hotel Viktoria laufen. Dort haben sie den Check-in allerdings…

Our Hotel Corvatsch is the annex of our hotels and part of the Laudinella hotel group. Our front desk is not occupied. Check-in (and check-out) can be done online or via the self check-in desk at the hotel. For assistance, you can call one of the numbers displayed on the front desk screen, our reception team at the partner hotel Reine Victoria (2 min walking distance) will by happy to assist you. In case of late arrival we thank you for informing us beforehand. Our hotel is operated cashless (also no money exchange). All major credit and debit cards and Twint are accepted for payment. A deposit may be required at the property.
