WatariJapanチェックイン時、ホテル前に工事車両が停まっており、ホテルまで行けなかった。その為連絡したが対応が遅かった。事前に近隣でこうじアーリーチェックインも13時以降なら無料とあったが、実際連絡すると別料金がかかると連絡があった。直接電話連絡をしたくカスタマーセンターに電話をかけてもコール音すらせず繋がらない。
ホテルのドアも立て付けが悪く、開閉時にドアが開かず困った。
CaoJapanエアコンのリモコンが作動しなかったため、冷房ガンガンの中で過ごすことになった。ただ、問い合わせに対しての対応は素晴らしかった。
