部屋全体に清潔感があり、とても気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。お風呂とトイレが別々なのでゆっくりお風呂に入る事ができ、ベットの柔らかさも最高でした！
施設内に入る時の手続き等に少し手間取りました。

ロケーション：マツダスタジアムまで徒歩１０分くらい。広島駅まで徒歩圏内。
駐車場：提携コインパーキングが徒歩５分以内にあり、１回出庫当たり５００円になる割引券を宿泊日数分もらえる。
洗濯機：有料だが便利
館内空調：エアコンが１階にあるが、２階には無いため、２階の廊下が暑い。
エレベーター：２００キロまでの制限があり、３人程度で重量制限になる。動きは遅い。
NaomiJapan素泊まりなら安くて期待以上
部屋も広く、お風呂とトイレも別で、ベッドもダブルサイズでゆったり過ごせた。キッチンには洗剤とスポンジ、ペーパータオルもあった。タオルはバスタオルとフェイスタオルが人数分あり、有り難かった。歯ブラシもあった。トイレも普通にキレイ。
キッチンの油汚れが少し気になった。お風呂の浴槽に、小さいが白い塊があったので一度掃除してからお湯を張った。ソファの隙間のゴミも少し気になった。
