La falta de empatía en la recepción, esperamos a que terminara de hablar por teléfono y no con un cliente, y ni señales de espera al huésped que acababa de llegar, muy mala impresión ante la calidad del hotel .

Einfach und funktional
Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut und das betreuende Personal sehr zuvorkommend.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, d.h. direkt an der Kathedrale.
Ich konnte sehr früh (7:15h).einchecken.

CENTRICO y ESTANCIA SATISFACTORIA
El check in es tempranito y eso permite llegar y descansar. Es perfecto.
