De vriendelijkheid van de medewerkers en de ligging. De parkeerplaats naast het hotel was ook perfect!
Er was geen lift, maar daar was van tevoren voor gewaarschuwd. Verder wel veel trapjes in het hotel!

Die alten Zimmer wurden oberflächlich renoviert und das sicher moderne Bad (mit Radio) ist winzig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels im Kölner Raum nicht.
