10年以上前から親戚一同で通っている大好きなホテルです。料理は美味しいし、部屋着で館内を過ごせるし、プールやカラオケ.卓球もあり、子たちも満足のホテルです。年1でも、ホテルのスタッフさんが昔は、顔も覚えてくださっていた事もありました。今回は、一家族での利用でした。

規模が大きすぎてメンテナンスが追いついてない。ベッドのマットレスは代えないといけないと思う。部屋のじゅうたんや壁の汚れも限界では？少なくとも一泊4-5万も取れるホテルではない。時代錯誤？団体客がたくさんいてお風呂も朝食もサッと済ませた。多少の時間差利用は考えるべきではないか？
