Wir waren Stammgäste seit über 10 Jahren. Habe über Booking ohne Stornierungsmöglichkeit gebucht - kennen das Hotel ja seit Jahren. Im Nachhinein kamen dann plötzlich nicht transparent…

Die Lage war toll, Parkplätze waren genügend vorhanden.
Konnte am Sonntag leider nicht meinen Autoschlüssel von der Rezeption abholen, weil es nicht besetzt war. Und andere Mitarbeiter hatten keine Berechtigung dazu.
