The location and the good maintenance
The AC is very noisy and annoying by the rooms next to the stairs.
By 3am one unit started to make so much noise that was impossible to sleep.
I reported and they started fixing…

The hotel needs a serious upgrade in every aspect. It may have been a great place to stay when they opened. There are no amenities, our hair dryer didn't work, the room lock uses an standard non ADA…
