Quiet, clean, friendly, right next to a tram-stop.
Very pragmatic, and surprisingly for Duisburg, very quiet.
The stairs are a little steep and I did not see an elevator, so if you are not fit, it might get a bit difficult. Does not apply to me, I am OK with the stairs.

Wenn man nicht zimperlich ist kann man da ein zwei Nächte aushalten.
Die Unterkunft war zentral für uns war alles erreichbar daher haben wir die Unterkunft gebucht. Die Empfangsdame war sehr nett.
Die Betten war sehr schmal und das Zimmer war teils nicht sauber auf der Deckenlampe…
