His place is not suitable for Guests
If you don't mind a big pile of sand just out your front door and a swimming pool hole work in progress right out your back door plus dust and construction noise all day long. I did mind this and could only handle one…

Good value, nice owners!
Nice couple Hector and Mary run the place. Reasonable rates, close to town but quiet, no major issues. Hot water heater didn’t work in shower but it’s hot here so no big deal. Great bakery nearby, overall good value…
