The AC hose was broken which made it almost impossible to keep the second floor apartment cool. The floors and counter were clean, but the walls in the bedroom need a scrub.

This property was unacceptable. First of all, it's on the bottom/basement level of an apartment building and quite difficult to access due to steep and uneven walkways. But that would be easy to look past if the space…
