Wi-fi falla mucho. Habitación tercera planta sin ascensor. Poca calidad imagen de tv. Por lo demás el hostal está limpio y correcto.Desayuno aceptable

We flew into Arequipa and went straight to the hotel that we reserved online at Expedia. When we got there they said they didn't have our reservation and didn't have any rooms. This happened twice when trying to stay…
