Ligging alles in de buurt, het is schoon en makkelijk bereikbaar. 24/7 zit er iemand beneden ook. Voor feesten ideaal 5 minuten van de bus die overal naartoe gaat.
Er zou misschien wat asbakken neergezet kunnen worden…
