Faltaría aire acondicionado, al ser buhardilla hacia calor, aunque hubiera ventilador.Escaleras muy angostas para subir cargado y personas mayores.

Banheiro muito pequeno, cortina no duche ficava encostando direto no corpo na hora do banho

Lo mejor la ubicación. Debería de tener mejor vista la fachada, ya que se ve muy dejada y mejorar el baño. Las camas deberían ser más cómodas.
