Tai-Li界由布院的整體員工人數嚴重不足，需要服務的時候要等待很久，能以英文跟旅客溝通的大概只有一到兩人。
餐飲品質也很普通，家中一位14歲的成員晚餐被指定只能吃兒童餐，份量非常不足。香檳沒有冰過，服務的時候也未放在冰桶中。早餐不管是日式還是西式，份量都非常少，也缺乏變化。
休憩室中的飲料只有茶跟咖啡和水，也沒有提供任何點心。
唯一的優點就是山景優美，梯田風光很棒。但是旅館本身各方面的服務品質都有待加強。
