RichardOverall, accommodation was good, when checking out, was very disappointing and the staff member was rude. They need to learn customer service !!
SHAUNAThe property is luxurious- the accommodations are fabulous and the staff are the most accommodating I have experienced in a while. We will always try to stay there when in the area!
SharonThe hall was a lovely place to stop and the staff couldnt do enough. The breakfast was a bit limited and the veggie sausages weren't great but i would definitely go back and hopefully stop a bit longer next time

Our stay at Hooton Pagnall Hall was beyond exceptional. The staff were unfailingly welcoming, kind and helpful. The room was comfortable immaculate and spacious. We only wish our stay could’ve been longer.
