There was no where to park! We had to find parking in another hotel. multiple large utility trucks were allowed to take up most of the parking lot spaces.

Cockroaches!
It's old and run down. Entire building smelled like smoke and mold. Was nobody at the front desk most of the time. Had to take a small set of stairs to access the rooms. No shelves or towel…

Front desk guy was friendly.
Had the worst odor. The smell was nauseating in the hallways. Bad lighting and seemed very sketchy. Lobby was poorly kept. It was not pleasant.
