Decent place in a good area of Phnom Penh to explore

Great staff.
Location was good. Could walk to Basaac Street...tuk tuks everywhere so use Grab.
Room was clean, and a good side, A/C worked well. Beds firm but not rock hard like some hotels we have stayed at!
