The security deposit being 200$ , stains on the bed covers and towels , no hot water , small parking lot

The hotel was really really hot and they lied to us that the hot water was fixed.
MarkGUI would stay there if the hot water and pool area was open.
That the room was clean and location was good.
Didn’t have hot water and the pool area was not open. Was looking forward to swim and enjoy.
