公寓属于高楼高端住宿区，社区管理规范，院内绿化养护很好。公寓宽敞，客厅大，整体清洁卫生。厨房用具齐全，切菜刀锋利。
卫生间洗手盆水龙头与台面接触处及冲凉玻璃平台与墙面接触处有污渍，建议彻底清洁；
冲凉热水出水流量很大，但花洒头出水小孔有的被堵，洗澡冲凉不爽，我干脆把花洒头取掉。建议更换花洒头。
