No hot water! Do not stay!
We stayed for a couple nights because we were taking a tour (with Oxalis, which was amazing) to see the Phong Nha caves. Even with the short amount of time spent at this hotel it was tremendously terrible. Most important…

Very cheap for quick stop over
We just used hotel as quick stop over after activities in phong nha and I wish we had stayed elsewhere ....the hotel staff weren't able to help us due to language barrier they weren't geared for foreign travelers

We've stayed at this hotel several times, mainly because it's very close for visiting family and friends, and partly because the city of Bien Hoa lacks choice where hotel accommodation is concerned.
