Asukoht oli suurepärane, toad avarad, parkimise võimalus ukse ees. Kõik oli väga puhas. Köögis olid kõik vajalikud nõud ja vahendid toidu tegemiseks, samuti esmavajalikud maitseained. Voodid olid mugavad.
