Hotel under remodel we discovered upon check in. Lobby with tarp in various places, mega AC units blowing air out of ducks.
We had a malfunctioning AC night one (stuck at 76).
Valet was “gone for that night”…

They had no A/C , I was advise they would cancel the reservation ( 2 rooms) since we had to look for another hotel. But they said since it was through booking it had to be initiated by booking. It was done, they never…
