Comfortable, well equipped house in a lovely location. Short, pleasant walk to Hawkshead village on a footpath across the fields. Lovely to see the lambs in Spring. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

The accommodation was first class and lovely. In a great location and set in well maintained gardens. The quality of the property especially the bathroom and ensuite were very good.
