Plenty of comfortable beds for a family and a living room with 2 sofas. A large outdoor area nice enough for a picnic.
The bathroom from the 1960's is in desperate need of remodeling.

This was by far the best equipped place we have stayed in in New Zealand. It is older, but had everything we needed. It's close to the centre of town with a lovely yard.
Bathroom is small, with shower over the bath.
