Sie liegt zentral an der Fußgängerzone, das Conversationshaus und das Badehaus, sowie der Weststrand sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

Sehr gute Lage.
Da es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung handelt, heizt sie sich im Sommer bestimmt sehr schnell auf. Jetzt, im Mai, war es noch ganz gut auszuhalten.
