Chen環境乾淨舒適，管家回應速度很快。
雖然沒有自己的停車場，但附近走路2-3分鐘就有停車場，附近用餐選擇多，離太平洋百貨及景點勝利星村都很近。
Hsiuhsia淋浴間熱水太燙無法調整，管家已下班無法協助處理，Line告知工作人員卻只得到一個制式回覆
Hung-Lieh整體來說算是普通。
入口的指示牌不太明顯，容易錯過！
還好鄰居提醒，才找到。
建議房間可以提供小湯匙，泡咖啡或茶時可以攪拌。
CHI CHIA房間舒適度滿滿，我住的房型有浴缸，浴廁清潔度、舒適度都很讚，已經是第二次入住，以後去屏東市還是這裡是首選！

非常適合在參與屏東縣立體育館舉辦活動，找到位在體育館距離很近，隱藏在鬧區靜巷民宿，周邊食、交通及停車場都非常方便，該民宿採自助式入住，有住宿諮詢需求，在提供官方溝通管道都很快得到管家的回覆，且在提供自助入住說明與步驟很清楚，讓入住非常便利無礙。
在炎熱屏東地區，體貼提供足夠補充水分飲品等，在check in前就先冷房，讓在炎熱屏東感受老闆經營自助入住的體貼與用心。
