The property is spacious and in a great location
The outdoor area needed to be cleaned. The floor just needing washing down as there was beer split everywhere. The property could do with a good clean and a coat of paint

The staff was very helpful in finding other accomodation as this one was very unsatisfactory.
Dirty and rundown, definitely not "luxury" as advertised.

There was no cleaning products in the kitchen (cleaning liquid, paper towel, clothes, dishwashing liquid)

There was dead cockroaches around the house

The bedding had rips through it and you’d constantly get…
