هادي نظيف و مريح وقريب من كل شي من السنتر دقيقه مشي و كذالك سوبر ماركت سبار او بيلا 3 دقايق مشي و محطة الباص 2 دقيقة ويبعد عن محطة القطار 3 دقايق مشي وفيه بالسطح إطلالة رائعة على البحيرة
