KUO HSIAO空有好的設備，但服務品質尚待提升。
這間民宿提供自助早餐，老闆娘說可以在樓下餐廳吃，或者帶至房間吃。和家人共四人住兩晚，第一天早餐我們在餐廳吃，還沒用餐完，老闆娘跑來說後面房客陸續下來用膳，希望我們早些離開，說我們吃太久，也吃太多；第二天選擇在房間用餐，想說不耽誤其他房客，但夾菜時，老闆娘不斷監看，甚至到身旁暗示，說要留一些給後面的人，其實我們只拿了4顆水煮蛋，三片烤土司，一杯咖啡和幾片水果罷了，需要把房客當小偷…
