Skrynkliga lakan, enormt smutsiga och fläckiga madrasser , allmänt dåligt städat rum. Badrummet saknar värme och hållare för duschmunstycke trasig.
Trött frukost. Tveksamma hygien rutiner, mjölk till kaffet står framme…
