Pool facility was unavailable and I was ignored about it which I know was paid for in my payment plan.
Had to take cold baths for a week due to a fault with the bathroom heater…

No breakfast served. But shops and amenities are just around the corner. Manager Anita was lovely and really helpful. Denis too was fantastic and went above and beyond to help.
