Alles sehr sauber und Parkplatz vorm Haus. Der Zugang zum See mit Treppe ins Wasser und der große gepflegte Garten mit Blick auf's Wasser. Nebenan die beste Eisdiele mit Garten, Spielplatz und auch direkt am See.
