Sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.Top Lage auch zum Strand nicht weit.Alles was man braucht,in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Schade ist,das kein Balkon vorhanden ist.Das Badezimmer ist modern aber sehr klein.

Küche war mit Besteck schlecht ausgestattet. Es war Nachts sehr laut durch die Clubs gegenüber.

Sehr Zentral Busstation 20m Entfernt Linie 1 Winterstrasse Mitte. Bäckerei und Supermarkt 50m Entfernt.
Morgens früh etwas lauter, weil der Supermarkt Ware bekommt. Für 4 Personen ein bisschen eng aber machbar.

Lage hervorragend.
Wer im Wohnzimmer nächtigt: es wird nachts laut, da gegenüber direkt die Haifischbar ist. Man hört aber nur die Gruppen, wenn sie die Bar verlassen. Von der Musik hört man…

Schöne, zentral gelegene & gut ausgestattete Wohnung, allerdings für 600€ für 3 Übernachtungen nicht ganz günstig!
Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung! Man hat alles, was man braucht! Die Lage ist super, zentral, aber ruhig!
Man musste über eine Absperrungskette steigen, um zum Eingang der Wohnung zu kommen!
