Die Wohnung hat weder einen Balkon noch einen direkten Zugang zum Garten 1.Stock!!
Um in den Garten-ohne Zaun- zu gelangen, muss man eine Etage mit der Treppe runter durch einen Flur und hinter dem Haus 🫤
