全体的に施設が古く、エレベーターがない。階段もやや急な角度で、高齢者や足腰が弱っている人は大変かも。
ChenghaoChina服务很好，工作人员还帮忙搬行李，餐食虽然感觉食材不是特别精致，但在这个价位已经做的足够好了。温泉的硫磺味很浓，感觉不错。位置也挺好的，挨着中禅寺湖，打开窗户能看到一部分湖景（被树遮挡了不少）
窗外的露台地上有很大一坨动物粪便，很臭。不知道是刚拉的还是酒店没及时清扫，直接导致我们没再打开过窗户。
