While the staff did try to address the issues, the room was in terrible condition with holes in the roof. No fan or air con and a single oil fin heater in the corner. The TV only had SABC channels. The "restaurant" was…

The room has no airconditioner/heater. Bed is broken, no towels in the room. Bathroom and toilet is not inside the room. You have to share toilet and bathroom with other guests. No DSTV. No bathing soap, lotion, shower…
