Great views over marina.
Lovely location. Clean, comfortable and tidy. Very friendly staff.
Didn't have any facilities apart from bathroom to wash dishes, and no teatowel. But that wasn't really a biggy.

Only a small issue but the cold water pressure, in the hand basin was too high. When the tap was first turned on the water splashed over the floor!
