Hame Hotel is in Dunvegan, so it's a bit out of the way from Portree (where most people stay). That turned out to be a blessing - our area was quiet, free from traffic, and still convenient to many sights like the Fairy…

The welcome was warm, the room was spacious, the common area was lovely, the on your honor bar was an unexpected & nice feature. The bathroom was a little tired, the breakfast was good & staff friendly.
