There was a car on the drive as we arrived, so we couldn't park there. The dust pan and brush had not been emptied, some pans were not clean.

I didn't know how to lock the door at the beginning and their staff came quickly to help. They whatsapp us at first few days to make sure everything is smooth. Very good service.
