Upon check-in on boat, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID. Children whose travel documents are attached to the parents’ passport , must be accompanied by said parents. Special requests are subject to availability, additional charge may be applied. Rates are not inclusive of transportation from Hanoi to Halong or against, from Halong back to Hanoi.
