ShioriMalaysia体調が悪く、早めのチェックインを現地で希望したところ、清掃を急いでいただき12時にはチェックインでき部屋で休むことができました。また、お部屋へ移動する際も「体調はいかがでしょうか、お荷物運びましょうか」と声をかけてくださり、心遣いを感じられました。
個人的には、シャンプーやコンディショナーなどが大好きなスティーブン・ノルだったのがうれしかったです。
今回朝食はいただきません…
藤原Japan夜中にエアコンが壊れて暑かったのが残念、
朝早くにスタッフを呼んだがエアコンが直らず、暑くて早めにチェックアウトしたのが非常に残念です
次回は長く滞在を楽しみたいのでエアコン点検ちゃんとお願いしたいです。
