位置很好。房东主动帮助安排车位，提行李。顶楼露台虽然没装修好，风景不错，可看到女士海滩。
刚投入使用，但整体尚未做好接待准备。
1．卫生间没排风，只有一扇小窗，下水道返味儿，臭的很；
2. 两个沙发，不是沙发床，一个勉强可以蜷着睡，另一个只有一米二左右宽，根本不能睡；沙发床只给了被单，床单都没给，我下楼去要的；
3.房子西晒，空调不给力，凉的很慢，里外房间只有一部空调；…
