個室にシャワーが付いていて便利、手洗いスペースもあるのでトイレ以外は部屋で完結。静かで落ち着く。タオルも付いている。
鎌倉駅からも海や神社仏閣からも程よい場所にあり、観光しやすい。
夜に地震があり、隣の部屋が空いていて自分一人だけ宿泊しているのかな、と思った時に避難場所はどこなのかと不安になった。W i-FiのQRコードが部屋になかった。以前宿泊していたので大丈夫でしたが。シャワー室の髪の毛、床の汚れ（水拭きしてなさそう）が気になった。
