Seiji和風なゲストハウス
町家を改装したゲストハウスということで、太い梁が見えるつくりになっていたり、照明が行灯風になっていたり、室内が和風で統一された空間になっています。古い建物を利用していて、それでいて清潔感があり、木の温もりを感じることができます。
客室について、ドミトリーでも障子で仕切られているため、プライバシーが保てます。
場所について、新潟駅からBRTに乗り、古町バス停から徒歩10分ほど…

位置在古町的商店街中，個人很喜歡附近的氛圍。就青年旅館來說個人隔間算大的，高度是整個人可以站立的高度，床也很好睡。只是隔音不好，使用衛浴廁所的水聲也許會令人有些尷尬，個人隔間與隔間的聲音也頗明顯，走廊的腳步聲也算清楚的，住宿當日來客數不多所以過得滿舒適，人多時可能就要注意一下。老闆和工作人員很健談，適合喜歡交流的人。
