部屋も施設も清潔でした。対応も丁寧でした。
お手洗いが1か所だけなので、混雑時に不便。お風呂に鍵をかけて使っている人がいると洗面所が使えず不便。

單人房的空間很大，性價比很高。有整套式的廚房空間，可冰食物、煮食、有餐具、有過濾後的飲用水，有標準的餐桌及白色燈光，適合閱讀。共用空間有按摩椅、有淋浴也有浴缸可泡澡。進出單純，同期最多3人。在住宅區內，感覺很融入日本生活。
房間有整修過後的膠條味，幸好能開對外窗通風，只是外出及入睡時，為了安全，又要關起來，聞不舒服的味道。
