予約していて現地に行くと不在、電話をしても不通、これでは宿泊不可能です。部屋の中は見れませんでしたが、外から見ると外国の貧困地区にあるような不潔で崩れそうな建物で、今の日本にこのような施設があるのかと驚かされました。逆ドタキャンで宿泊できなかったので、急遽他の施設に行きました。booking.comにこんな酷いの掲載するのはやめてほしいです。

近くにコンビニやスーパーやほっともっと(弁当屋)があったので、キッチンや冷蔵庫、電子レンジがあるのは助かります。
安く泊まれるのもありがたい。
近くには郵便局もあります。
道路から階段へ通じる通路をもう少し片付けてキレイにしてほしい。
夜、ネズミがいたのにはびっくりした。
使ったタオルの洗濯やゴミ箱の中の片付けはちょくちょく実施してもらいたい。

スタッフが誰もおらず、駐車場の場所も、部屋への入り方もわかりませんでしたが、宿泊者の方がとても親切で無事、一泊する事ができました。部屋などは、値段と相応。駐車場代を考えればお得と言えるでしょう。最初映らなかったテレビもしばらくしたら映りました。冷蔵庫、Wi-Fi、キッチン、食器など必要な設備はあります。シャワーは浴室に二つ。洗面台も浴室に二つ。

駐車場込みでこれは安い。
シャンプーなどもひと通りあるし、必要なものは見渡せばあるから自分で補充もできる(トイレットペーパーとかも)
拠点として次回も是非利用したい。
注意事項や説明などをバインダーとかでひとまとめにしてもらえると楽っちゃ楽。
