Bardzo mili gospodarze. Możliwość skorzystania czasami z ogródka przy wspólnej kuchni. Blisko do plaży. Czasami hałas z ulicy, jeśli korzysta się z otwartych okien. W pokojach i w kuchni klimatyzacja.
